Being Valentine’s day and me being a great boyfriend I wanted to cook something special. I was “umming and ahhing” about some sort of chocolate mouse, when my friend suggested salted caramel chocolate pots recipe that he made for New Year and was making again for Valentines.
Not only did it look and taste amazing it was relatively easy to make.
I made the chocolate heart by filling a syringe with melted chocolate and drawing hearts on a piece of buttered grease-proof paper and putting in the fridge to set.
